Hi, I’m Ali!

To unpack the above statement, let's not sugar coat it: I love to create and collaborate in many different aspects of the artistic sphere. I have a 17 year history in the entertainment industry training at the renowned Orange County School of the Arts in their Musical Theater conservatory, 2 years in Pace University's BFA Musical Theater program, and finally graduating magna cum laude from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in Theater (Acting Emphasis). I am an actor-singer-dancer-writer (of screen, stage, novels, and travel articles)-model-producer-director-dramaturge/theater historian  which sounds overwhelming when put all together, but I find that making art and seeing the world through these many lenses helps me both to make meaning of the world around me and make the world around me more meaningful. Some of my more fancy credits include Hermès NYFW 2020, New York City Center and Fienstien’s 54 Below, however I should also note that some of my favorite experiences as an artist have been as a member of the ensemble, or sitting around my living room sharing with friends our new pieces of work. I believe there is space for both in this industry and they hold equal importance. In addition to my career as an artist, I am deeply passionate about hospitality (which I believe is an art in it of itself) and manage a Hillstone Restaurant. It informs my work in ways that would require multiple more paragraphs so I will spare you.
